Realtor Assist Program - When you receive an offer from a Realtor, you need to accept, reject or make a counter offer in a timely manner. WE CAN HELP - With our Realtor Assist program we will handle all the details from negotiating and advising you until your property closes. You only pay 1% of the purchase price for this service. You save 2% over the traditional listing agent service. Cost breakdown would be 3% to the Buyers Agent (who brought the buyer) and 1% to us for the Realtor Assist Program which is a total of 4% vs the standard 6%. This means you make a 2% profit while getting the same services as a full listing service.

Seller's Direct Program - When you receive an offer from an individual (not a Realtor), we will handle all the details from the offer through the closing for 2% of the purchase price. This program allows you to have a positive selling experence while saving 4% over the traditional listing service.

Buyer's Rebate Program - To reward you for your loyalty when you list then buy with us, we will refund your entire listing fee of $995.00. Remember, when you purchase a resale the listing agent must pay us our commission. When you purchase a new property in a community the developer pays us and your purchase price is the same as if you bought without us.
